Aneesh aur Kundan ke jaise koi toxicity nahi, no cheap tricks to demean the other person. No saas-bahu type serial.
I love when they show realistic things, and real struggles, and show how they get out of it or how they deal with it.
It's the tiniest things sometimes.
Like, I loved when Monami said "Let's talk our fight out. I don't like fighting with you", rather than "Let's forget about the fight."
I liked how she said "Main tumhaari girlfriend hoon. Shayad solve nahi kar sakti par share toh kar sakti hoon", rather than "main ek minute mein sab kuchh solve kar dungi." (Matlab, how do you know? Ho sakta hai usko koi aisi bimaari hai jiska koi ilaaj nahi hai. Phir kya scientist bankar cure nikaal dogi? Hone ko toh kuchh bhi ho sakta hai.)
I liked how Karan was perfectly respectful to the journalist even though he was furious, liked how he understood Monami's reasoning while explaining his dislike to her mazaak.
I liked how they don't say ki tum mere number one priority ho. Because as soldiers, unki first priority apni duty, apna desh hai. I like how they both understand that, but still have realistic frustrations.
