if you're going to compare, compare post pandemic movies, where even male centric films are opening to 3 crores. Ayushman, who's usually ensuring commercial hits was unable to do what Alia did. And please don't compare her movie to the South Indian male superstars that are basically in their own leagues.

The same thing that happened with Sadak 2. As per this article Kangana has the highest female led film opening weekend. It’s a fact. Corona, occupancy, pandemic or not - are great points but fact remains that Kangana’s number 1 here.

Uhh, Sadak 2 didn't release in theaters. We don't know what would have happened had it released. Online toh trolls went all out against Gangubai to the point that if that had released online bots would have negatively spammed it. Real life is very different as you can tell.

I never denied this. I am simply saying, despite whatever the case may be. Kangana’s film is number one. That’s it. End of story. It’s the fact

We can’t elevate Gangu based on the “could’ve, would’ve” theory. The “fact” is - it didn’t, accept it. You can’t discredit whose number 1 on a technicality.
