She can probably manage without one for now. But she needs more projects under her belt for her to hire a personal manager. She probably does have an agency or something she is attached with that help with some aspects of the job like PR. In any case PR may not always work as we can see in case of certain people- unless we count infamy and negativity as a job well done😂😂😂
