I am super duper happy today but i also know that the Prod House is so thick skinned that they will not be too much effected by this as they are much used to the ups and downs of this TRP game!!

However, as a quality content viewer, i am honestly glad that the audience has shown once again that STORY MATTERS!! CHARACTERS MATTER.

I might be singing the same song (almost), and even if i talk about the characters in a non-judgemental way - let me just take the characters as they have been portrayed - I have few questions. Consider them as rhetorical as we know that we are not going to get answers from the PH or from the SHOW.

1. Who is his sane mind leaves his sister? There is a difference between giving space and leaving. Right? Anuj leaving the business to his sister - chalo agreed, he did this as he might have thought that I am unable to get through her thick brain..but leaving the house too?? Is this not abandoning your sister who is a depression patient, who takes MEDS, and who also apparently goes for Consultations??? Which Brother will do this??? And what do we name this -- sacrifice!!!!!!!!!!! My foot!! This is not sacrifice, this is just a means to running away from a problem or a situation as you dont know how to deal with it!! If we do this in reality, let me tell you that a country will have many more mental hospitals!! So writers, what were you advocating here by making a BROTHER ABANDON HIS SISTER?? I have no justification for this act of his, none. Do you??

2. A man is defined or shaped or respected for various aspects. - a son, a brother, a lover, a husband, a friend, a motivator, a game changer. Anuj only and only got flying colors as a friend and a lover. Where is that son who promised always to take care of family??? Where is that brother for whom his sister was the most imp person?? Where is that responsible businessman to had promised or rather shown hope to middle class women by giving them Jobs?? Where is that motivator who had stood and paved way for so many women??? All these shades went down the drain and only the LOVER remained and you guys thought that will bring him all the respect???? THINK AGAIN PLS.

3. I completely understand the 26 years wait, but was that choice not Anuj's??? Then why this sympathy and empathy that OMG he waited for 26 years and now he should get his due???? The story itself got so screwed that this man lost all his substance and that wait of his hyped and hyped and hyped!!! If a man does not have a substance, even if gets the most precious thing, it will seem as if - ok well he got it, big deal!! The confession frankly did not even raise an ounce of connect for me. Looks like it did not for many.

4. For a woman who has never ever got respect, this is utmost for her. The urge to stand on her feet and earn that respect becomes the most imp goal. Along with this comes - getting back the confidence, fighting her ground, learning new things even in small pockets, facing the world in diff ways, and finally understanding that she is worth it and she deserves every bit of praise, love, respect. AND what do you guys show???? - same preaching, same tangling with the ex-family, same thought process of forgiving and forgetting and then again getting hurt (even in a small way). This is not progression, writers!!!! You guys then have not understood the mental state of a women who has lost her self worth and what all she needs to do to get it back. And she is getting into marriage, i mean WOW. Two people are shown to spread the message that JUST LOVE is enough!! Amazing and i wish this worked in reality too!!!

5. Last but not the least, you completely mocked a very serious issue - depression!! I will not get into this as it is very sensitive. This was the biggest blinder and sadly you cannot absolve this!!

G 😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😘
Even am dancing kyunki G ne likha hai 💃

I agree with you totally 💯

Absolutely they deserve it for the crapfest that they are dishing out. Instead of fixing the root cause I.e storyline n character, they are putting MaAn confession and marriage band-aid😒

The last episode which i was able to enjoy and connect was their mutual byes before going to M's & V's party. That's it, After that nothing made sense to me. I lost connect with the show so bid farewell. ❤️

I totally get you my friend. And i was having a hope that good they are showing a dsyfunctional family and finally things on Anuj's side will be shown to have things to deal with. And Anu can help. But na, they totally ruined the whole thing and what was the justification - they were experimenting with a character and based on audience's response they will take this forward, i mean are you trying to tell me that you core script is so dynamic and flexible??? common, we audience are fools???

Irony is we also as a audience never learn. We hope that ok maybe this story will stick to some basic logic, they will not spoil characters ... but not a single show have stuck to this, not a single one.

i agree with you g

I mean mukku does not really hate Anuj for him to leave her forever...she is quite insecure but it's not like she wants her brother to rot in hell

As far as they have shown in initial epsiodes, she also wants her brother to stay happy with anu and hence she herself asked baapu g for Anu's hand for marriage

He should have dealt with her more patiently and in a different way...he should have assured her that she is as important to him as anu and they both have their own respective places in his heart(like he explained this to anu in that chai ki tapri wala convo)

But did he ever try!!???

Hell NO

The question is that, If he can do this for anu then why not for his own sister!!??

It looked like he was already looking for some or the other reason to run away from mukku and boom he left at the first chance he got (without even trying )

Aree Bhai jab I take a wrong decision and don't listen to my mom to wo ghar chhor kar thore na chali jaati hai😕

There are times when I'm not even ready to listen to her pov but then she keeps on repeating daily "you are my daughter,i love you and i will never give you a wrong advice"

Although I don't listen to her instantly but then i get forced to think that this lady who keeps telling me i love you daily can never wish anything wrong for me

At the end of the day i understand her pov (sometimes it takes months and sometimes the realisation happens instantly)

So the thing is that did Anuj make mukku feel as confident about his love like my mother makes me feel

Ek to idk what these writers are trying to show...ek taraf anu is not leaving her Shah house wali girgit family even if they deserve it and doosri taraf they are glorifying Anuj leaving mukku even if she doesn't deserve it🤡

sighhhhh, I am a fool Shriz to believe and hope that in reel/fiction world someone will try and bring about a change in the way story is crafted and story telling is relayed. Someone will take that risk to stick to their belief and show the story as intended. This if continued also might pave way for the Audience (mainly TRP givers) to have a different perspective or change their way of expectations.

Every time, every bloody time i am disappointed. Hope is such an addiction that it always pull us back to this world :)

Well said. Many of us are happy because people understand only if told in their own language... the TRP language.

Agreed that Anuj should not have left his sister.... but some time a pampered, indiciplined child will learn only with a shock treatment like this. But they should have shown some think related to "Lakshman reka" that Anuj said. Some check point / feedback mechanism on Mukku's welfare both on personal and business segments. Even now it's not too late.... makers can show Anuj getting information form bankers / customers and investors on the business side. From the doctor / Kaka on personal side

All ekdum valid points.

They had such amazing tracks. I have said the same doosre thread mein. They just couldn’t finish it. I don’t think it is the writers, I think it is RS/whoever is calling the shots.

DV - extremely sensitive topic. I was actually happy to see them addressing it on prime time but no absolutely ruined it by giving trash the SS

Mukku track - same. Him giving up the empire firstly wasn’t needed. Second, the execution. Lesson and all ok, understandable but she’s not stable. He’s not interested in riches - again understandable but this decision was basically throwing her under the bus and the driver being trash. That I didn’t understand.

And now, they’ve made a mockery out of Anuj. He was crying till two weeks back of having no sense of direction and now he’s here “main dance academy grow karne mein tumhari maddad karuna”? The character swing I didn’t get.

He may have all the love and saadgi which I get. Longing I get but the connection seems weak. Like someone correctly said, ki lines on the go likh rahe hai. Proposal and confession independently dekho toh execution seems perfect, link it to the story and it looks absolutely faltu.

I’ve been reading the fans feedback on saare platforms. EVERYONE is saying and asking the same thing. THE SAME DAMN THING. But koi pochha bhi nahi maar raha ghand par yaar.

And that is concerning and funny actually. They have not only made a mockery of the beautiful characters they had, the amazing actors/artists but the audience too.

Sorry but I have to say - gehraiyaan dekhna zyada Accha hai. Kam se kam wahaan baingan toh dikh rahe hai 😂😂

I am sometimes worried when team Anupama picks up social issues as story tracks. They end up making a joke out of the issue appearing very insensitive to the core. Along the way, they end up ruining chars who are the essential elements of a story!😲

TV/Film medium has the ability to reach masses in the deepest pockets of the country, and should hold themselves responsible for serving the right content.

Mukku's char was very sketchy right from the start and has very abrupt ending. 😕
