Well, consummation or lack thereof doesn't automatically invalidate the marriage unless the spouse files a case.

If there's no consummation because of impotency, wife can file a case and get the marriage voided instead of divorce

Meera, I am talking about second Adini marriage, if Aditya did not file the divorce papers— the ones that Imlie signed by Aru's pen— then he can be liable for bigamy charges, right?

If we consider that Adi/lie shotgun wedding was viodable then tab he publically married Malini the first time around, no? That too would make a case for bigamy, no?
