There are companies which want their employees to undergo various trainings...can be on any management subject. So I interact with the companies to understand what they need and accordingly plan a training for them - not the actual content coz that is done by a subject matter expert.

I design the structure - how many days training, what fees, online/offline etc. And I do all the backend planning and execution, as well as front end coordination with the client.
