IG is full of Kaira vs Abhira

IG is full of posts that make you think that the writers don’t have any original ideas for Abhira and they just redo Kaira moments.

They're not only redoing Kaira moments, they're making them worse. Like the current love triangle reached psycho level weird. Whereas Kaira one was solved very amicably. Kartik's sister wanted to be with Naira's brother, who was reluctant. Kaira supported that match & later fought because of them. Kartik too never got along with his father. His father too disapproved of Naira & her family. Also, Kartik had saved Naira's father's life.

Even smaller things like Kartik being significantly more educated & established than Naira. Naira's sister being a better 'on paper' match for Kartik. Naira's older brother being hyper protective, her family being diamond merchants, etc have been recycled.

The secret parentage track was also done with Kaira, which resulted in a 2 year separation & divorce. That's yet to come up with Abhira.

I guess that will continue in the future. Naira 5 saal ke liye bhaagi thi. Akshu 10 saal ke liye bhaagegi 🤣

Okay but Gayu-Kartik's relationship was completely different. Kartik and Naira fought but Kayu stayed friends throughout the series. In fact, he said Naira se pehle tum meri dost thi and fought for her when everyone called her crazy or tried to impose their wishes on her. It was a very pure bond. The relationship between Gayu and Naira turned sour at some points but Kayu didn't really.

So Twitter is angry because since the season 2 siblings hugged, season 3 siblings cannot hug now?? I did not know that hugging was unique to season 2 of YRKKH 🤣

I think they mean basic story points.

FL's sister falls for ML. ML is into FL & acts on his feelings. Sister vocalises her feelings before FL. FL is also into ML, but stays silent for sisterly love. Followed by lots of confusion.

But yes, the execution with Abhira has been horrendous. While Kaira's love triangle was wholesome & made me love Gayu & Kartik even more.. Abhira's story ruined all the characters forever.

If anything, the discord was between Kartik and Naksh. On many occasions, Naksh disapproved of Kaira's relationship and acted as a barrier. For example, when Naira lost her memory and Naksh tried to keep her away from Kartik, Kartik slapped him. The hostility between the brothers-in-law isn't seen in season 3, not really. Naksh and Kartik raised their voices against each other while Kairav is a silent observer.

One of the show's reoccurring themes was Naksh and Kartik sacrificing Keerti's happiness for Naira and I don't Kairav will go to the same extent. Naira was big on sacrifices but no one actually expected that from her whereas people assume Akshara would do the same and shamelessly express their anger when she doesn't.

Aarohi and Abhi's relationship is completely different to seasons prior. Both of them aren't competing for Akshara's happiness - like Naksh and Kartik were - they're competing to be no.1 (Aaru wants to be no.1 in general and Abhi wants to be his mom and Akshara's biggest priority). Abhi probably grew up feeling neglected cause his mom always favoured his father over him and Akshara’s choosing her family reminds her of the same.
