Rest in eternal peace. 🕊 This is terrifying. Life is so fleeting and unpredictable. Death by drowning, anaphylactic shock and cardiac arrest is my biggest fear. So sad, she was so young.

I feel like these must be the easiest ways of death; especially death by sudden cardiac arrest!!

No way. Drowning is a slow and painful death. You have too much time to think, regret, panic, and struggle to fight for your life. Anaphylactic shock is just as terrifying. Your tongue swells up, throat closes in, and you’re literally suffocating to death. Without a shot of adrenalin, you’re dead. 🥺
Too many people are passing away these days by sudden cardiac arrest. Most of them between 35-50 😕
May Rachana's soul find the eternal Jyoti 🙏🏼
OMG OMG so young and that too cardiac arrest like what's going on... Work tension and life style is sure shot killing people .. 😭
RIP 💔
Ladies... why are you discussing death in so much of details? Please, don't...
I'm already scared of water and trying my best to learn to swim... small kids at the pool laugh at me... 😭
OT: very sad news indeed...
RIP 🙏
Am I the only one who feels there are way too many people dying of cardiac arrests these days than before? (Before the pandemic ie.) :((
Count me in. Neither I’m doctor nor I have proof but I have feeling that it’s due to vaccine. I know some people who were fit and fine before first dose and started having issues after that, after conducting all the tests doctor suggested not to take booster. I just hope this Omicron goes to black hole and no more new variants please. 🙏🏻 OT: RIP 🙏🏻RIP 🙏

It need not only be vaccine.
It's possible people who have recovered from Covid could also develop heart problems.
I'm not a doctor either so can't say anything with conviction. Just hate this disease.
