Haha! My friend had a customer throw a burger on her face because the cook got the order wrong. This was during high-school and I used to hear a lot of customer horror stories. Then during my Uni days when I started working as reception in a medical centre, I had to deal with the most rudest patients. One even threatened to jump over the counter to break my neck. Another told me that I better watch my back when I'm going home. All this because the doctor was running late with appointments or the doctor had called in sick. This helped me reshape my attitude and reinforced to me that I need to always show kindness and patience to everyone.

We don't know what people are going through. Everyone makes mistakes and I promise, if we customers show kindness to workers, they will want to help you. I didn't want to help those rude patients, in fact, the more attitude they gave, the more I gave them a hard time. 😆
