Exactly. It is getting boring now. Same misunderstanding and fights again and again.. Stretching ki bhi limit hoti hain.. I had some hope that things will be better after this week after Raavi proving her innocence... But they are again back to square one

But makers( the editors as well) are doing a pretty bad job in putting these emotions of shiva on screen

Shiva's side is coming out as vague

Just like raavi's side came out vauge when raavi left the last time for her self respect !!!

I remember this show called 'Maryada - Lekin Kab Tak', a SP show that used air at 11 PM.

The show was centred around four women of one family; the MIL had an unfaithful husband, the older DIL's husband turned out to be gay, the younger DIL was molested, and the MIL's sister had an abusive husband.

Though the younger DIL was the main lead (Riddhi Dogra), the show focused on a lot of issues, and while there was definite drama, I thought they did a relatively decent job of showing stuff such as PTSD, suicide attempt, recovery, and all four of them succeeding in the end. They were shown to realise their mistakes and rectify them, and then grow stronger & independent.

Since we have been talking about self-respect, abuse & toxicity, I just realised the stark difference between these two shows.

that show was very realistic and very dark as well. Even in that the ml though he loved his wife acted like an ass on many occasions and didnt belive his wife when she took his moms side in the divorce and then when she revealed the dark truth of his dad being her molester. That show aired at late night so they were able to show the dark stuff not worrying about trp.

I'm going to disagree here.

1. Raavi was the first to say Anita is after Gaumbhi. Then, Shiva just stood & watched while Raavi was insulted.

2. When Shiva saw with his own two eyes that Raavi was kidnaaped, he still physically abused her when he brought her home. Beyond that, he even accused her of faking it.

3. Shiva told Raavi not to trust Anita or Mami. Yet he does?!

4. Raavi justified her stance for what she did in the hospital. She was wrong, but her reasons were valid.

5. Raavi has at multiple times supported Shiva & the Pandya family openly against Mami; Shiva has never done it once.

I'm not saying Raavi has not made mistakes; she has, but I don't think at any point did it amount to the kind of vitriol that Shiva has in his mind & heart, and on his tongue.

So yes, according to me, Shiva deserves to be called all those names and more.

It was one of those shows that I still enjoy because certain scenes were just so good.

I like that everyone was shown as flawed and learning from their mistakes. Even the ML had a sort of redemption, and was extremely guilty when he realised his mistakes. All of them were given proper screen space and they were able to do justice to the tracks; ITV style, but they did.

Bt here we've to think what shiva's thinking or what's going on his head. Bcoz writers are doing terrible job to show his emotions or his side of story.. Instead of what we're seeing shiva spitting venom.. Everytime he open his mouth something I was like koi isse chup karwai.. I can't take screaming anymore

Trps will decrease more now. Schools, colleges, offices are reopening and these writers are giving us such stupid tracks

It has been one year and we're still on the same page.
