you can choose your own. I have trained in Lucknow gharana at home and in Jaipur gharana at school, but then performing 2 gharanas like that became too confusing so eventually I stopped my training in Jaipur gharana

During first year of law school, my seat was at the end of a long row and the professor came and stood beside me, I just looked up at him and told him, "mere sir pe mat khade ho, I can't write the exam like this"

and during llm, I legit asked the professor to give me his seat because there was no fan around my seat.

In 12th standard too, I scared my invigilator because I was angry about something.

OH MY GOD!😆😆

Did the professors not rebuke you or anything?😆

And did the Prof give you his seat??

Thank the heavens I haven't met my professors face to face tho, I'd have probably killed them for making us go through what we are.

We had a teacher who'd sit on our heads during exams in high school. I remember, having a Bio exam in which we had to answer questions based on the reproductive system. Now, the diagram of the female reproductive system was given on our papers, and this teacher, Mr Sheldon, came to stand right next to me as he watched what I wrote.

I looked at him, and I gave a nervous smile as he gave me a rather funny looking smile after he saw what the diagram was.😆

The other time, we were writing Math and I forgot to move all terms to one side, and Mr Sheldon (who's also a Math teacher), as usual, came to stand next to me. He saw my mistake and quietly took my pencil to correct my wrong. That's the only time I actually liked his habit of sitting on top of one's head.😆

WOW! I am in awe, quite literally!

The amount of time, patience and practice behind this must be insane, but it's so beautiful!

Mr. Sheldon seems to be a nice fellow 😆

and no, none of the teachers rebuked me.

that "sitting on my head" incidence, it happened in one of the early exams that semester, post that the teacher warned all the other invigilators and no one dared to come stand next to me 🤣

and no, the teacher didn't give me his seat, but he allowed me to sit, however I wanted to, so I got the whole row's benches moved a little away from the wall and turned a little on my seat so that I could feel the air on my face.

In 12th, I remember now, it was my accounts exam and we had to do a question on depreciation and in the entire row, only I knew how to do it. Our accounts exams are such that its very rare that we are able to complete it. Behind me sat my friend Nikhil who was time and again asking for the answer sheet to copy it. When it was only 5 minutes remaining in the end, I had turned around and shouted at him to not disturb.

My invigilator was my accounts teacher herself and she was surprised that I have a voice, she had called my name in shock and I had just turned around and looked at her angrily and had said "what?"

And that was the whole incidence. After that we had even got 5 extra minutes to complete the paper because everyone in the class had gone still after looking at me loosing my temper for the first time in my 7 years at that school 🤣
