Hari , you brought a beautiful topic Manish whom I liked throughout his introduction in season2. He is stylish man and more handsome than his son having fantasy over bikes and bike riding. They have a class from introduction that Goenkas have false prestige, ego and attitude. Manish married soumya and had 2 kids kirti and kartik. Soumya had health troubles of mind and is in medication. She used to have fights with Manish for his secretary Swarna. but he was very calm .after Soumya expired he immediately married Swarna. Kartik thought they had affair and due to them his mom died but it's due to her over dose of medicine she expired. But none cleared this to kids as they are small. So manish too hate from kartik for 25 yrs and wanted to be with him close. Kartik never allowed him near he used to hate swarna and manish badly. It's Naira who brought them together and made their relationship strong . Manish told the reason that I don't want my kids to know about their mothers mental condition and have the impression on their minds at such young age so he took hate from kartik. He loves his family and binds them to be together. But he is grey for his reasons and societal pressure. It was always shown Manish is plus and minus to kaira in tracks . And all whitewashed in end helping kaira in end. The basic principles of singhus and Goenkas collide always .morals are taught but not practised here. During Naira death track Manish didn't leave Naira in bus. Naira gave kasm to leave him and get out of bus. That was their bond. And akshu brought happiness in family after her birth. Manish had accident and lost his brain behaved like a child in a track. But holding Akshu just born and coming to home changed him with small accident at home. So Akshu is always precious to them. But he was angry on kartik for holding Akshu most instead of giving to Naira. With sirat it's always compulsion from kartik and kairav. He never had proper bond close with her . It's always a strict father-in-law in him guiding her to take care of a kids equally. The way Manish is changed now for season3 is awesome. He is fedup of making Arohi understand sirats death and blaming Ak. Akshu took it in her peaceful way. And Abhi he is angry because he lost his trust on him for going idhar udhar. Akshu is his pride. He never thought she crosses this way to chose Abhi. So he is angry on her. Harsh being the main reason for not accepting Abhi. Being grandfather he has to restore her respect in her in-laws house. So he is not able to see that for Akshu in that house. That's why ghar badalke avo decision badlunga. Let's see how Abhi gets place in Manishs house. I see Manish as my father and father in-law generation so they are right in their way being stern to kids when they are wrong and love the kids when in needed.
He is always a special character from season2 having that bgm given in yesterday episode. That shows his ego and attitude. So he was back in that mode yesterday.
Loving season 2 Manish too hearing from you. The way you described him. I guess he knows to drive plane too na. He once helped in a plane landing saw a clip doesn't remember much.
Seems like he was the hero of season 2 with a bgm.
He so was ready to forgive ak but the kids doesn't give him a breathing space and shoot his bp. He is now in his egotic mode. This became a never ending circle and the one who pulled all of them is standing alone and watching all the drama. Talking aarohi over here.
