Anu and Anuj would be very comfortable with being neighbors. Its almost like an extended house, lots of families live in the same comex but different apartments.

If Anuj has money troubles so much that he can't afford a 1bhk, the audience would've made a big deal out of it.. they already did, he can't be Bechara etc etc.
