Watched the original too "The Promise"

Nice romantic drama... Much better then that over-rated tripe " Love Story"

Cuz I detest replacements .

I remember watching it as a kid. The songs were amazing but more than the songs, I remember the movie because of the plastic surgery concept. They made poor Rakhi a villain and I think in the end she dies.
