This show has no rhyme and reason when it comes to doctors and their profession. Abhi is a heart surgeon and he operated on vocal chord as if he has expertise in that and there is no other doctor in the hospital. They know he froze right before the surgery when he saw who the patient was and they still insisted of him operating instead of letting someone else stepped in.

It's not just this show. It's all ITV shows. If you want medical accuracy, go watch Grey's anatomy or something... not this 🤣 I used to get upset by such things but after watching numerous ITV shows, I have learned to look past it. There is no logic. 😆

Abhi is shown workaholic to stay away from family...More we use the same habits, it becomes our deep rooted sanskars. Our mind and intellect start creating certain pattern of thoughts in life in general based on sanskars - whether personal or professional life. Our certain innate qualities remain same to think and discern and decide from.

So I am wondering, Abhimaniyu is shown as heart surgeon..you need so much patience in this field..😆

She serves core meals on one to one basis in corner.

Have a look, when she is alone with kids..she is professor of philosophy but in front of her sister, brother in-law and husband she is mute..As harsh said --- mutic therapy..

Creative liberties I guess, because I have know idea on the topic.

But if I want to enjoy the show, I have let a lot of things slide. But I absolutely love most of it.

TPTWI is right! If you want medical accuracy go watch Grey's anatomy or some other American or western medical shows 🤣. Abhi is not only a heart surgeon but he is also an ENT surgeon and perhaps many other specialties that has yet to be shown in the show 🤣
