1) There was no issue with Muslim Girls wearing Hijab but why it happened just before Karanataka elections. It was carefully crafted by the Congress party.
2) The issue in Karnataka started after few girls who were motivated by a radical organisation SDPI Campus front of India to wear Burqa in the garb of creating it as Political issue. Some of the girls have accepted this fact that SDPI came to them in January.
3) Hijab was still not a problem but these girls wearing Burqa led to escalation of the issue and somewhere it got mixed up with Hijab, where some girls made it about "Pehle aayga Hijaab, Phir Aayegi Hath Mein Kitaab".
4)This is where the problem started, our educational systems have Uniform for equality and uniformity. Earlier when Hijab was overlooked suddenly because of this issue made people realised that Hijab wasn't a mandate but a matter of choice. So it can be avoided in schools and colleges. Or girls can study in those institutions where they include choice of wearing Hijab.
5) Indian Constitution gives autonomy to Educational institutions to create rules on dress code which is above individual rights it's mentioned in Kerala HC judgement.
6) How is Muslim Girl wearing Hijab and Sikh boy wearing Turban same thing? It's hilarious when people equate the two. Actually Scratch hilarious those doing have communal intent. Hijab can be equated to Goonghat not to Turban. 🤦🏻♂️
