omg how are people not able too see the difference between hijab and turban is beyond me . Is it so important to prove your point that you are actually going to ignore facts . Not everything is about #mychoice .Educational isntitution has certain rules that are needed to be followed

Educational institutes have dress code , have to follow it .
Here just political stunt .
but turban doesn’t fall under the dress code but hijab does… right?
Religion as usual is creating unnecessary problems in life. If it is upto me I would just ban all religions from this world.
But speaking specifically on this topic, I think schools should be consistent with their rules on religions. If they don't wanna have students wear religious symbols, the rule should apply to all religions.
I don't see why turban should be given a pass but hijab shouldn't be allowed. Either allow everything or don't allow anything. Don't pick and choose things!

Again a lot of religious practices are regressive in every religion....people still want to follow them because that is the right thing to do according to them...Kanyadaan for instance.....highly regressive....hai himmat iske against awaaz uthane ki??
Nobody is saying ki hum school mein Aake Kantadaan karenge. People do it in their private functions. 😆
Aur bahot ladkiya aavaj utha rahi hai. Badal rahi hai. Many marriages do not have this custom.
If couples are paying, they choose. If parents are paying for wedding, they chose the rituals. Simple.

I always say this, if I have to chose between a privileged or under-privileged, I will always help the later ones first.
See I agree with you and Roaring Sherni in principle😆....but duniya humare hisaab se nahi chalti...that is why uniformity is so important...abhi tum dono Congress ko dho rahe the for non uniform civil laws....why doesn't the same apply here?

As far as I am concerned they both go on the head. No difference.
I can't believe the excuses in this topic.
