Last two episodes were good..If only they followed the last two episodes' pattern for the past 48 episodes..i would have stayed all along nd the show would have been ACTUALLY progressive like they claimed! 18 episodes r left nd now they're back to showing hospital politics/career struggle..😒 Bht der kardi..🤷‍♀️

Anyway what I liked was Deepika's arguments nd determination to fight for what's right..although her damage is done nd I can't forgive her or give her cleanchit nd put the whole blame on Vikrant..This current Deepika was what I wanted to see since Vikrant's entry but makers ruined her nd how!😑

Nd the reason for my comeback is Abhay has been shown more since last two episodes nd with good causes! This character is really..the only good thing that remained consistent right from episode no.1..❤ About precap, I feel either AbDeep will fight it out together or Abhay might leave FMS to save Deepika nd then kuch miracle hoga! 🤣 But photo shayad Wasim ne kheecha..I can't believe I was in support of a character like Wasim..such a trash nd sh***y character! May he rot in hell! 🤮 Vikrant looks saint in front of him..

Kaisi ho Debolina? Missed you on the forum. Tho even I've not been very active... not much to say. But I'm interested to catch up on last couple episodes. Seems like Abhika jodi is back, but we'll see. Very disappointed in Wasim's character arc also. Don't see how they're going to be able to redeem him from this, although from the BTS pics posted it does seem that they will all reconcile in the end. 🤔

I'm good..Missed u all too..🤗 About AbDeep nd that promo, people questioning ViPika or Deepika about her EMA was still understandable as Vikrant was married nd it was an open EMA..But what's wrong in Deepika being in a relationship with Abhay? I mean we all know they're not romantically involved, it's just one-sided nd they're best friends..But agar dono ka saath mein "waisa wala" picture leak bhi kiya gaya, toh who the hell r the hospital staffs to question Deepika here? Deepika is single now..Abhay is single..they can date or hug or kiss or do whatever they want to!🙄😒 I'm eager to see how Abhay will react..Hope the creator of this mess gets caught nd gets beaten black n blue by AbDeep..😏🤣

From HR perspective it is only problematic because Deepika is Abhay's boss, so they need to disclose any relationship. But that wouldn't necessarily get anyone fired, they would just make Abhay's supervisor someone else, maybe Dr. Shetty. Par FMS ke HR nalayak hai and baaki staff bhi bekaar baithe hai it seems. Nothing to do but gossip all day long 🤔

1) Deepika - After a longgggg time, I saw the old Deepika back. This is what the show was about, yes...things are hard for women at work and when you most need it....women are the ones who let other women down. Something wonderfully shown with the HR presence and interaction. We are termed emotional when we are being assertive which was beautifully shown today.

Yesterday's Episode highlighted quite a few gaps that're to this day in System.

I was glad to see Deepika fight it out & keep valid points infront of the whole Management+HR.

I think the CVs're trying to highlight how even in Reputed companies which portray themselves as Gender Equivalent are actually not (inbuilt-hypocrisy).

I'm a bit confused about the show's goal though. That's how the show was always publicized... Talking'bt Women facing discrimination-issues at Work. And not Every show is supposed to be about people ending up together as a couple to ship🤔 . Maybe the whole point was to showcase that people get involved especially in places where one has to work for very long hours(hoping the viewers do as well which happened). And if things don't work out, people show their True Colours and How Mostly women are at the receiving end of it on both Professional & Personal fronts 😔

The HR here was so useless that it might be the Single Point of Failure for this huge FMS hospital
