Virks' and Fateh deserve all this - this show triggers me for built-in patriarchy in every scene of this show. Women are all stupid and men are smart, sensitive, supportive - be it gurpreet vs Sr virk or satti vs Rupi. Women have to bear all insults and subjugation in the family. They must understand what men want and that men take the best decisions for the family. Tejo is the prime example but so is Gurpreet. No one hears her opinion or what she wants until cries. don't leave Simran and mahi behind.
And to top it off what right did Fateh have to "punish" Jasmine if that can even be called a punishment? He is all talk about women's right and respect but does not follow it himself. he couldn't take a stand for his sister, his mother, his ex-wife, or even Jasmine. If he really respected women, he would have dumped Jasmine when he came to know of the truth and not played games - especially the half-marriage. He would have handed her to the police.
so for me the episodes these days are fun with OTT drama from Jasmine, Keeping aside that the character is played by a sub-par actor, she is the only character I enjoy watching her these days - what else will she come up next.
Tejo is boring. Fateh is blah. and never liked Angad because it was always obvious that Tejo and Fateh will be back together. Fateh can have 3 more affairs and 5 more half-marriages but they will still be back together - you see that kismat is dorr is way too strong. And stop crying - the audience wants drama - a lot of chals and counter chals by leads and vamps. Constantly crying is not a counter chaal.
