Purey nonsense hai imlie writers. šŸ˜“šŸ˜“

Sahi hain behen. you are right šŸ‘šŸ¼They for sure tried to use that to make an impact in this scene...BUT

BUT (to the writers who maybe lingering around please take note)... Anu's scene was powerful and had a lasting impact on the audience because she stood at eye level against a man who put her down for 26 yrs of her life. It made an impact because she had immense SELF-RESPECT. She stood up against accusations that were being thrown at her character, stood up against everything that a woman faces on a daily basis, she stood up for so much more, and most importantly she stood up for HERSELF and no one else.

This cannot be applied to Imlie who has buried(/burned/flushed it down a toilet/plunged it into a black hole) her self-respect for a family and ex-husband who don't deserve her what-so-ever. She has literally zero respect for herself, doesn't use an ounce of her brain, forgets her mothers words, accuses the man who has done nothing but help her, keeps shedding tears for her ex-husband who keeps calling her characterless and she runs for a family who have treated her poorly, keep using her to keep their son safe, keep wanting her come back to their place and take on the role of bahu-cum-naukrani-cum-son's bodyguard and she cares for that good-for-nothing family who can't even take care of themselves and place their hope on a 19 year old girl. WTF is this seriously.

Please if your trying to make a powerful statement at least show Imlie having Self-respect.

RANT OVER 😊

Adi talks abt values and morals but today he really crossed the limit (l feel like i say this every time) when he called her a "footpath bekhari". There is a way to communicate your frustration and unhappiness and the other is name calling and menacing statements about someone and juding them based off of their background.

A wonderful scene in that same moment were the obvious tears in Aru's eyes hearing that ā¤ļø those words directed at Imlie pierced through his heart. This man feels and darn those feelings of his - the mushy man behind that stern mask.

Why Imlie keeps going back to the T's despite these on going getting worse each time insults is beyond me...

I have not watched Anupama but what you are describing truly does require an eye level confrontation. Imlie ka kya yaar......like I posted earlier, her self respect shows up at convenient times, with Aryan. The man that is actually trying to look out for her literally and figuratively.

You know when she walked up to him with tears in her eyes, I thought, maybe just maybe she will apologize for running away as CEO of BT for the day. We will get some resolution to the huge f*cking mess she left for him to clean up. Par nai, same thing again, they are my family I had to go. That was my WUT moment of the day!

me too for the part in red. I was really hoping she would apologize and then after Adi left I thought she would bring up the love part but the rest was just what is wrong with you, the man helped without you asking and now you are getting angry at him for no reason.
