Then it's fine y worry. Kabhi kabaar chalta hai. We are human after all. I keep cut raw veggies to snack on usually. Pasta i do like but have it occasionally with olives broccoli cherry tomatoes corn zucchini and some onions. Generally Bajra ya jawahar roti with a side of vegetables and curd is my preferred lunch. Breakfast main phulka without oil with some homemade chutney with a serving of fruits and nuts mix. If not phulka then rava dosa raagi dosa ya moong dal dosa. Mid morning i usually have sprouts salad. Evening brown bread sandwich or a salad with greens.Dinner kichdi ya brown rice small serving. Glass of plain milk before bed.
I've a very consistent diet usually

Tea/coffee
Boiled eggs/ omelette/pasta with veggies
Tea /coffee with nuts
Soup/ pasta/ eggs
