Just for clarification. Imlie has not gratuated yet. She didn't got her degree in 1 year. She is freelancing featured writer of Bhasker Times. Aryan mentioned in the beginning that he offered her this job so she can continue her study and at the same time earn her living by working part time. I think the college hasn't started or something so she is working in office most of the time.

Here is the definition of Freelancing:

"A freelancer is an independent laborer who earns wages on a per-job or per-task basis, typically for short-term work. Benefits of freelancing include the freedom to work from home or from a non-traditional workspace, a flexible work schedule, and a better work-life balance."

Now coming back to being the CEO for a day. I don't know why there is so much criticism of Imlie on this. A lot of people are saying what Aditya said is correct. Please note that Aryan himself mentioned that he wants to test her leadership skills. A leader is basically a task manager. He knew what he was doing and he knew Imlie's potential as well. If you see the kind of job she got it's not something extraordinary if she is able to handle the people properly. She need to select the articles and make sure everyone's does their job. Imlie can do the first one easily but the challenge comes in the second one where she needs to command people to make the job done. Imlie is brave, fearless, and selfless but she is also very kind and soft hearted, and people can take advantage of her. We already saw one example in today's episode itself where one guy fooled her to get his leave sanctioned. Aryan wants her learn to become good task master.

I don’t like Imlie being CEO all of a sudden. Adi is right today. You have to put so much efforts to achieve something on that feet. I couldn’t enjoy today’s because it is very much far from reality. Imlie crying after seeing the CEO board doesn’t invoke any kind of emotions to me. I would have loved to see her climbing the ladder step by step rather than landing in the top from a helicopter. I might be wrong but this is my humble personal opinion.

Mujse pucho last year exm ki 10 din pehle lockdown suru hua...march ki last main....april main katam hota or result june ko.....par 1 year waste ie covid k baje se....4 saal ki hons degree 5 saal ki lagi....1 year ki mastars abhi 1 or 1 month chal rha hain kiuki phirse University band yaha....online kara nahi sakta...upar se internship k sath kar rahi hu...govt exm 2020 se nahi horaha hain...2 saal pending hain...or maine issaal bhi exm ka from fillup kiya hain...ye 3 exm ek ke bad ek October main honge agar situation tik hua to.....or serial bina logic k pradarsan chalta rehta hain...4 saal ki padai ek mahine katam.....

Finally got over my disappointment about absence of Aryan in today's episode.

Imlie... She was a sweetheart today, that pantsuit (maybe not a perfect fit) but she looked 🔥

Those phone calls to her moms... (I'll just ignore she called aparna too, her response wasn't so bad)

And her words.... Akadbagga ya akadbagga wo...lol

To all the people who are saying, Aditya insinuating that Imlie slept her way up to become CEO in front of entire office is RIGHT , wow "Slow claps". "Take a bow".

I mean let's assume, she has actually done it, it's still none of Aditya's business. Let him complete his task first, he has a problem, let him go take it up with Aryan, the person who actually have the responsibility, not on the 19 year old girl who was given responsibility.

I have seen enough office politics to know that some incapable people do talk about others, when capable people were promoted or given opportunity before the incapable people. But those were gossips and whispers, about which nobody in sane mind would listen, work actually shows you know who is capable, who is not.

Since everyone wants logic too, if anyone has spoken actually like this in a corporate office, he will be fired on spot by HR, forget CEO. I wonder if Experience letter is given or not,🤔🤔🤔 I mean in the WBT sessions, I have only seen about firing and not about experience letter, should see again.
