I think the term intellectual stems from knowledge gained through studies and reading. In that case, I think SRK can be termed an intellectual. He knows how to hold a conversation and from all the interviews that I have watched of his, he certainly is a worldly wise man.

There are quite a few celebs who are pretty smart

Sushmita, Lara, SRK, AB sr, Prasoon Joshi, Soha, Late Sushant

Some celebs come across smart but do make good ups and have foot in the mouth syndrome

Vidya and John Abraham, Priyanka Chopra

Moderately smart: Sidharth Malhotra, Kirti Sanon, Karthik Aryan, Sanya Malhotra, Kiara Advani, Vicky Kaushal, Katrina

Pseudo intellectual: Saif, Twinkle, Aamir, Taapsee.

Of course many of them are eloquent so maybe come across as smart.

Kangana seemed to be quite smart before but in the last 2 years is completely different
