My thoughts for today! Manish telling Akshu to quit her job was absolutely unacceptable. As Abhi told Akshu, there needs to be a boundary between personal and professional.. Manish needs to respect Akshu’s career. But, he is thinking entirely irrationally and quite frankly gambling with his daughter’s future. Aarohi cheated on the exam, so telling her to quit makes sense and is reasonable… but Akshu did not such thing, and Manish snatched away the job she loves. Even more disappointed in him than I usually am.

The highlight of the episode was by far the conversation between Akshu and Abhi at the hospital. He so deeply cares for her… he did not want her to stay at the hospital to be with her, but rather for her own success and love for music. He told her to stop feeling guilty for everything…and he knows exactly where that guilt comes from. He did not get angry at Akshu for not telling him about Sirat earlier, because he understands the pain of the past too… and his dialogue about that directly alludes to Anisha. That truth will come out with due time too.

Akshu giving her resignation letter to Harsh despite him firing her was such a strong gesture. She made sure it was on her terms… this was her standing up for herself.

And as she was leaving, she remembered all her moments with Abhi. She loves music, but she loves Abhi more. She gave up her career for Abhi, because she cannot go against Manish yet again. So, in order to win him over and get him to accept her love, she gave up her other love.

Kairav is finally being the big brother Akshu needs and deserves. He cannot go against Manish, but he gave her Naira’s diary instead. My heart broke into 1000000 pieces watching Akshu cry at the end of the episode. Hopefully they show us more glimpses of the diary and messages/things Naira has written about Akshu.

Mahima again showed Aarohi her place when she tried to blame everything on Akshu. My only question is what is Aarohi doing back at the hospital in the precap?

Wonder if Abhi will convince Manish and give him a ride home. Is this the beginning of him being accepted?

About the precap- don’t kill me, but even though I know Aarohi is trying to mess things up for Abhira, I also saw a smallll glimpse of a concerned sister in her. At the end of the day, when push comes to shove, Aarohi is not a villain. She does care. And of course she is driven by jealously and ulterior motives towards Akshu, but her becoming suspicious just reminded me of sisterly concern. In terms of Akshu doubting Abhi, I am confident that she won’t. She will get possessive and want to know the truth, but she won’t question him….
