Interesting. Yes, when you look at it that way, his actions make sense. For me, it felt like he was following her because he knows she is scared and tense and wants to reassure her that everything will be fine. But I guess when he says those words, he is saying that to both her and himself.

There's scene in ramleela movie, when ranveer singh fall on his knees and beg it was really good scene. Something similar would be awesome.
But like I said I just love everything about him.
Waise Geetha Govindam heard it's a really vgood movie. Wanted to watch it for a while now.
And the song I think they used rajdeep chatergee version, it's a lesser know version not many people know about it but personally it's my favourite among modern versions of the song.

This one, right? There are some lovely new Hindi songs, I agree but the lyrics of the old ones are unbeatable and I feel they suit Abhira more, conveying both the depth and intensity of their feelings for each other.
As for Abhi, he will compromise and bend because he knows that's the only way now. But his core personality ain't gonna change. Might mellow down but won't do a 180 degree. I wouldn't want him to, frankly. In today's scene - he hadn't been thinking of Manish or anyone else while standing in defiance - that's how he has always been. But once he realized he has hurt Manish, he unbent enough to apologize properly. He is not perfect but he is irresistible
