I have doubts about Harshad getting 3L per episode like that article mentioned but I do feel he may be charging 1L or 1.5L per episode. I remember reading somewhere that ksg used to charge 3L per episode for kzk2 even though Bajaj was not the ML. Someone in bepannaah forum posted long ago that Harshad used to get 70K-75K per episode for that show. He obviously must be charging more for yrkkh.
