How exactly did Akshara die?

This question is for the old fans of the show. I just came across a video on YouTube where there were two death sequences of Akshara. One was in the night when Kartik's car hits her and she hangs from a pipe and her fingers slip and she falls down. The other one was during the day when she falls off a bridge and drowns.

Which sequence did they show in the serial?

first one..but later they had revealed that it was not Kartik's fault but mansi's !who was actually responsible for that accident.mansi is akhilesh's daughter and Kartik's cousin.😃

Oh ok so then why did they shoot the second sequence? Is it for the promo? I never watched the show before season 3 and I used to think Akshara's death happened by drowning in the water when she was wearing that blue dress.

Looks like it.

I watched S2 more than 1 but had to give up when the most in love couple kept divorcing/separting/remarrying. I mean I can only suspend my belief so much...!!

I stll keep expecting Naitik to pop up somewhere....somehow....don't think he was killed off ....

.there is logical reason behind this kind of decision. Actors who played young character in the series don't want to continue for decade for a same show as it will not give them growth.so thats why whenever leaps happens they always end up the character like this.so the actor can go anywhere and work again with fresh story ,as young character.its difficult to maintain the character till the end. Actually in daily soaps that is not possible.and unfortunately same thing will happen with abhira also🥴
