Og Akshara died falling from the cliff. The blue dress promo was another track were she falls accidentally during a confrontation. The family find her in the river and she eventually loses her eyesight temporarily.

Oh ok so then why did they shoot the second sequence? Is it for the promo? I never watched the show before season 3 and I used to think Akshara's death happened by drowning in the water when she was wearing that blue dress.
