I also have a hard time digesting when Abhi calls her Akshu. I think Harshad is really trying to find the right tone. There is something that comes off way too babyish. I know it's been mentioned before (I don't have a problem with their age gap) I wonder if because of the age gap it just comes off sounding like he looks at her as a kid. I mean he probably does look at her as a kid in real life. I find it much better when he says her full name Akshara.
