Question:

Does Anneesh have any hand in the attack on Karan?

Reason being: The lady (impersonating Pushpa) fakes pain to evade security check and is sent with Aneesh for a check-up and we see the lady is actually not pregnant but is using a padding. Did Dr.Aneesh not find out during check-up? Or did he not check at ALL?
