One of the characters of Kahiin to Hoga (in which Shabbir acted) was named Shabbir Sebastian Ahluwalia (Shabbir's full name). Shabbir himself was called Rishi Grewal in that show. So this is nothing new. The lack of originality in BT not only shows up in their stories and plots but also in the names they give their characters.
