Pretty much. I used to do light exercise sometimes, maybe once a week or so. Not enough to count 😆 I do walk a bit every day though. Again, not much, but daily thoda sa.
Hunger has never been a problem for me, which is why intermittent fasting is so easy 😅 The aim is to cut down on the light snacking that we do between meals. Kahi na kahi those are the ones that add up the calories. Esp for me bcz I have a sweet tooth 😆 Ghar pe chocolate hoti thi to I'd randomly start eating at midnight 😆 IF put a stop on that.
But if you get hungry, try going for fluids. Water helps us feel fuller without adding calories. If not plain water I used to have green tea or clear soup sometimes. But don't strain your body too much. Start with a 14 hour window and then see how you're holding up. I've heard from people that initial days can give headaches or fatigue bcz the body isn't used to this system yet. But lage rehna padta hai... 😅
