I think they are keeping these scenes for flashback...whenever V ka pardaphash will happen that time they will be like Anuj was noticing all this all along but just didn't react much thinking that Mukku might not like it or he was just waiting for the right time to strike...

Maan scenes ke editing ke liye koi sar phodo inka, but rest I feel shayad aisa bhi ho...
