And yes, conversing and immediately letting things out is a bit of a must for them. And unlike Shiva, Raavi's a natural at it, so i figured the first step coming from her would be more logical. Also, Raavi's insecurities have been left completely unacknowledged on the show, and the pill thing seemed to be a good entry point for that.

Shiva tries, then steps back completely, and then Raavi has to take a step forward. Goes along with their wedding scene where she shrugged off his hand but then later grabbed it herself 🤧

TBH I've had this prompt within my mind since a VERY long time and well yes, I've tried to make others write it with a passion, lol. Yaatra kaand is the most intense and brilliantly done episodes according to me, like nothing comes close to me going gaga over KDice's acting. They nailed this sequence beyond measure but this, this piece comes equivalent to that, if not crosses the intensity of the OG. Rightfully so at that!

I wouldn't be wrong when I say that this is one of the most emotionally overwhelming smut pieces I've read here on the forum. Not kidding. The most emotionally overwhelming of them all. From the confrontation to up until the end which I'll be definitely coming to with detail, it has been an enchanting work to read.

The piece opens up with Shiva interacting with his inner conscience - Le Beast (We love the beast-OBVIOUSLY) and I already for some reason know it is going to be much more intense than I imagined. With every passing line be it the FB (The friends talk) or The current turmoil (on the bike) Mr Jelly Pandya is dealing with his insecurities coupled with longing and vexation about not being able to be with his wife fully is setting a great preset, a terrific preset. Its the build up written so beautifully before the actual argument when I knew I'd be so so so satisfied at the end!

"Shiva! Shiva tu theek hai na?"

THIS. Oh lord this!

This was one of my most favourite moments in the whole ordeal as I wrote earlier. Ye 'Duniya hai mere piche, lekin main tere piche' - Kajra Mohabbat wala- dynamics is what always comes to my mind after I watch this scene. It was such a subtle thing, but in that one dialogue I literally felt her love for him, a love that he didn't acknowledge and neither could she accept. Raavi shrugging the hand was THE BOMB MOVE. I literally applaud you for it. Again the beast throughout in the background while Raavi started questioning him and he dealing with that gorgeous intense demon within. Hah!

My breathing escalated after the "Main nahi rokne wala tha tujhe" truly, the paras after this line up until the "No more gentlemanly behavior then" are responsible for me loosing my breath for millisecond.

"Sherni - Bep Pe- His, all his today- Mine of her own will- Fast and Strong"

How'd you do this? No seriously...how'd you blend these kind of mind numbingly fierce emotions with that kind of sizzling smut. HOWWWWW?!

The build up was PERFECT. I couldn't have asked for anything else more. It was fantastic. Sensuous-overwhelming-sexy-mind-blowingly breathtaking. Raavi turning the tables on him was something VERY unexpected and I might have laughed at it a bit but well...you know the best thing? The MINE CHANT he had going on in his brain. All mine, all mine, all freaking mine like a mantra he'd want to imprint within himself.

I officially took a break at "Tujhe Apna Bana Raha Hoon Raavi" and had to pause, shut the screen and get my heartbeat to normal because it was SO FAB. I lost it at this. Had to put my cold palms on them cheeks to control the emotion.

Bringing in the actual FB after the deed was a cinematic brilliance. I just- I don't know what to say of it. The oscillation was so perfect it was as if I was seeing a movie which went on and off b/w FBs and reality. It was artistic and a BOMB thing to do. How'd you do this? How'd you think you'll do it this way?! Man I need tips.

The Pill scene was the final nail in the coffin. You blew my mind with it, such art. Such pure art. I don't think I'll be getting over this anytime soon. The first of MANY MANY reads to come.

I couldn't have imagined a better execution to the prompt man. I am SO HAPPY, so happy. But you're not gonna be happy...because you baby are in BIG TROUBLE.

Now that I've seen you write this masterpiece you've got to prepare yourself for all the cribbing / requesting / pestering coming your way for more of my Shivi fantasies...eerrrr PROMPTS (Yeah right- 🤡). Ok. Sooooo. First things first. I've read it, I'm replying, and I Love You.

30 minutes? Legit? I felt high the first time I read that, actually..

I'm glad you loved this so much though, because although you sounded very light hearted about it when you actually gave me the prompt, I knew that this was the track that had hooked you to the show. And although I had reservations about writing it because I hadn't done anything as non-fluffy as this before, it's still somehow worked out to be great, hasn't it?

The first time I saw this sequence? I remember thinking, that's a man possessed. That's a man obsessed with his woman, a la Gray, but BETTER. And that's where the idea of the Beast came from. I rewatched to create the plot for this, and I had to pause at the "Shiva, Tu theek hain?", line. Because until then, Raavi is the girl longing for Shiva to accept her, it's only after that that she let go of the whole thing. Until then, it was like all she needed was a yes from him, and she was ready to work on everything else. Exactly like that line you used.

Going on to the smut... I think that whole Mine chant, the possessive undertones to everything, the absolute adoration that somehow peeks through all of it, everything comes because I relate to Shivi with all of this. I don't believe in that fluffy, roaming around the town, gifting spree wala love. At all. And Shiva doesn't either. Yes, the whole New Year thing contradicts it, but that was after a very raw confession, you know? Love means Mine. And not just romantic. My mum is my mum, my BFF is my BFF. That kind of thing. Shiva is CAPABLE of the kind of love that sees, both the good and the bad, acknowledges, and still loves. Raavi has been doing it her whole life, with Mami, with Kaki, she's even mentioned a few of Dhara's flaws, the way she did when Dhara refused Rishita that kada.

The pill scene after the deed, and the FB, was because of two things. One, I wanted that scene to be from her point of view. To give the set up to address her insecurities and pain and her willingness to be with him beyond it all if only he would acknowledge her. Two, because I always try to have a surprise factor to my stories, and this was it for this story.

Sathya will happily write more, but probably very, very slowly.... Especially because exams are coming fast and strong towards me! And also because I just write a little slowly.... 😆

Okay, this shot is one of the most justifying end to the track. It is so unerring, giving the perfect tinge to their story.

Shiva holds a storming beast within him, I loved how he tackled his inner turmoil towards her. The anger, the temper and the slow uncoiling of his rigorous disposition mixed with the softness of concern was so blissful to read.

His raw yearning for Raavi and the absolut fact about how he cannot stop once he begins being verbalised and accepted has my heart. ❤️

The revolving temper dissolving into their consummation was so smooth and spellbinding. I'm so happy to watch her asking for her rights and solving the pill matter right away. The small things make big difference. It's so so so worth reading! And Raavi giving into Shiva out of her own will is so poignant. She is one big angel! Shiva is so damn lucky!

And the Smut! It was 🥵

And the way Shiva stood head high in front of Dhara with Raavi in his arms! This is the Shiva we are all looking for! The Shiva that takes no shit and claims his rights. This Shiva is beyond words.

Suman shooing Dhara away is all that we need! I'm happy you showcased it. I enjoyed every bit of it!

Shivi sneaking into the bathroom after making love, having banters, cleaning eachother up, Shiva carrying her in his arms. Uff! All of it is heat melting.

Thank you for this beast triggered Shiva whose passion filled love is uncontrollable but held under the very taming sect of his being.I love how all of this is limited only to Raavi, it can only be her!
