Well, I guess that's a consolation that the scores won't be revealed. I don't even wanna know mine after what I have written within a span of 2 hours. Let the judges slide it in the bin without telling me. I wouldn't mind at all 🤣

And OMGee... your siggie I have just read one of your writings, but I can definitely figure why the siggie is as it is. ⭐️ Definitely looking forward to gobbling up all the stories as soon as they get released ⭐️

While we wait to share our stories, I thought it would be fun to make a list of holidays in this holiday season. When I read each story (or if the author tells me its holiday before I read it), I'll link it next to the corresponding holiday.

December 14: Gītā Jayantī, Guruvāyur Ekādaśī, National Energy Conservation Day

December 16: Hanumān Jayantī (Karnataka)

December 18: Datt'Ātreya Jayantī

December 19: Goa Liberation Day

December 21: Winter Solstice

December 22: National Mathematics Day

December 25: Christmas

January 9: Guru-Govinda-Siṃha Jayantī

January 12: Svāmī Vivekānanda Jayantī

January 14: Makara-Saṃkrānti

January 15: Tiruvaḷḷuvar Day

I have only included holidays that would have been observed in India after this contest was announced on December 11. I only included the ones for which I sort of understand why they are important. If I missed the holiday from your story for any reason (e.g. Hanukkah ended on December 6, and Martin Luther King Jr. Day on January 17 is only celebrated in the U.S.A.), just let me know, whenever it won't affect the anonymity of stories still being judged.

I have no hopes left for my scores. All I am waiting is to congratulate others when the result arrives and read everyone's entries
