I might be thinking too much but this is what i felt..
Akshu was standing on ground which depicts she is not so best like abhi. She is a simple girl who always stays on earth ( in terms of her achievements and all)
Abhi was on tree which depicts him to be the best surgeon with all best things achievements with him and he is craving for the best love he can get from akshara.
This depicts two personalities who are totally different will meet at a common ground(love and marriage) and decided to stay together irrespective of they hold different character or they have different profession liking disliking. Keeping all things apart today they met their common point that's LOVE❤
