Arylie TS - Attraction Exploration! Part 2 page 2 - Page 2

Thank you. I’m not a writer and honestly I even have my colleagues triple check any emails I send as well. So I’m glad that whatever I wrote sounded like their attraction was growing rather than something else.

Attraction - Acceptance

Imlie was in deep thought, she knew in her heart that Aryan had a special place in her life. His pain and passion resonated within her soul.

She also knew that the society she lived in would not accept her moving on, she remembered how Aparna Ma had asked her just before to stop Adi’s marriage without even considering her feeling or the repercussions of those actions.

Why should she be the one bending and discarding her self respect for a man who did not give her any of his trust.

Imlie did not know how long she kept on thinking about the pros and cons of moving on in life, the possibility of another romantic relationship as well as her lack of guilt over everything that was related to Aditya.

She wanted to speak with Aryan about yesterday, did his kiss signify anything more or were they just caught up in the moment.

Before she realized it was time for dinner and even if she wanted she could not avoid eating with the Rathore’s with great trepidation she ventured out of her room and moved towards the dining room.

Kaki ma and Arpita di were waiting for her, asking about her day and what made her and Aryan come home early.

Just as she was sipping on some water to avoid the question, Aryan entered the dining room and answered for them “ Imlie was tired and I thought of bringing her home, in case she got lost again.”

Treating her as if she was some six year old, Imlie was ready to jump at him but forgot that she was still drinking water and started coughing.

Aryan swiftly appeared next to her to start patting on her back, once her coughing subsided she thought he would move away from her, instead he sat near her, observing her and making her blush.

As they finished dinner, Imlie decided she would follow Aryan in to his office and speak with him about her confusing feelings.

She slowly approached his office, (assuming this is upstairs) and knocked. Hearing him asking her to come in, she went in.

As they came face to face, neither of them wanted to speak up what was on their minds.

Aryan started “Imlie about yesterday..”

Imlie immediately spoke over him “Wait let me say something first, its about yesterday. I wanted to ask you about it . The kiss was it just us getting caught up in the moment or did it mean anything to you”

Aryan looked at her and slowly came near her just enough for her feel his warmth surrounding her, even though she wanted to pull back, he took her in his arms and said “I am not an overly emotional person and given our circumstances can’t promise you undying love, but I know I am attracted to you and want to explore these feelings I have for you. This may or may not be love but its up to you to decide if you want to give us a chance.”

Imile looked up at Aryan, smiled and hugged him. This was all he needed and he pulled her in to him.

They stayed like that for awhile, until Imlie realized the position they were, even though Aryan called her a jungli she was suddenly shy and slowly tried to untangled herself from him.

Not wanting to loose her this soon Aryan held on tight and snuggled in to her, gently brushing her with his beard, eliciting a moan from her lips. Knowing she would be fighting a losing battle Imlie could not help but hold on to him tighter, Aryan kept rubbing his face on her neck. He slowly moved to dropping light kisses along her neck, moving up to her chin and then finally claiming her lips once again.

All of these onslaught of feelings were very new for Imlie, she was not used to such physical demonstrations. Aryan seemed to pour all of his passion in this kiss, she could not help but be drawn closer to him. While he kept kissing her, her hands were exploring his chest, raking her nails along his chest and back.

When they came up for air, Imlie with her swollen lips was a vision for Aryan. They both knew they needed to stop and turn in for the night.

Imlie did request that due to their working relationship, she wanted to keep their relationship a secret for a while until they knew where they were headed and so as to not upset Narmada kaki and Arpita di.

Aryan knew his family was deeply attached to Imlie, knowing that should any situation arise they would side with Imlie than him, agreed.

Bidding each other good night they turned in for the night.

Over the next few weeks, they got comfortable exploring their relationship, the attraction they felt initially to each other grew organically to something more. There were long drives, intimate conversations, deep soul shattering kisses that they shared in his home office, under the moonlight at the terrace, away from prying eyes of their family and acquaintances they explored the world around them.

During this Imlie purposefully detached herself from the Tripathi family, she started keeping them at arms length and reminded them that they needed to accept and care for their daughter in law Malini and new grand baby.

Aryan even had to move Aditya on to another building as he was tired of Adi being unprofessional after failing in one assignment after another and constantly taunting Imlie over one thing or another.

They never let their personal life interfere with their professional relationship, but occasionally the office staff did notice smoldering gazes that Aryan sir directed towards Imlie but they wisely kept out if it.

Imlie still was her witty, naughty self with everyone but with Aryan she knew if she went too far he would figure out some innovative punishments which often included depriving her of his kisses or her favorite ice cream. Still she somehow could not help herself and inevitably would do something that amused and frustrated him.

As months passed by, Imlie and Aryan had progressed in their relationship, Narmada ma and Arpita di had noticed their eye-locks, hand holding and even a quick peck on the lips when they thought no one was looking.

At one time Narmada ma was about to scream in joy, Arpita di had to quickly cover her mom’s mouth before she blurted anything out. It took a while but Arpita di managed to get her mom to understand that both Imlie and Aryan were still exploring their intimacy and if she were to rattle them before they were ready to announce it, she would loose her chance to be a mother in law to Imlie and all those grand babies.

That threat worked, so anytime Narmada/kaki ma noticed their closeness, or romance she started walking in the opposite direction, praying to all the gods to keep them happy and together. She even pretended to sleep walk the one time she saw Imlie exit Aryan’s office late at night in all sorts of disheveled state closely followed by Aryan in a similar state.

It was over a year and a half, Imlie’s college courses were about to end and her birthday was near, when Aryan planned a low key celebration with him and his family.

It was during the birthday celebration that Aryan decided to lay his heart out for her. Once everyone had wished her, he went down on one knee and asked her to marry him.

Narmada kaki and Arpita di laughed out in joy, to them this was long due. Narmada kaki in her very special style asked Aru “You kiss girl and give me bahu”

Hearing this Imlie knew Aryan’s family had accepted her, she said yes at which point Aryan after putting the ring on her, pulled her in for a kiss.

Now up to you all to imagine all the craziness that Imlie did for their wedding and what happened after.

Thank you. But I think I am going to end it here. I may write other one shots or something later if somethings sticks to my mind. But for now this is complete.

O this was so so amazing best part was when narmada and arpita knew about it they gave time to explore their relationship more first rather then saying about getting married and plse do continue with further parts of all wedding function as per your writing skills... Totally loved it... Amazing 👌👌

I actually liked that Imlie detached herself from the Tripathis. Her attachment to them is borderline unhealthy at this point in the show, given that she is divorced from Aditya and how she constantly keeps showing up at the T house while claiming not to want to interfere in Aditya's life. 🤓 Hmmmm.. not convinced. So I liked this version better 😊

This was sweet and simple

Ooh..that was a good update.

Some things that stood out for me

- Him actually passing the ball to Imlie and asking her to decide if she wants to continue

- Them exploring their relationship..I mean not just physically 😂

- Narmada and Arpita not rushing them unlike many situations where a couple is caught

- Narmada not clutching her chest in horror like our older filmi actresses when she came across them disheveled. Smart tactic she used there.

- The detachment from the Tripathis

Your username..any chance of it being inspired from Minnal Murali on Netflix? It always reminds me of that movie 😂

Well you certainly explored the attraction between these characters. Some parts despite being innocent seemed way to sensual. 👏
