Aww. That was beautiful ❤️. I loved how you used some of old Raavi's dialogues for Shiva and Rishita in a different situation where the two couples were always with the right person. How the situation would have been between the families. Love how Shivi were always there for each other. Raavi making a silent vow to not let anyone raise their hand on Shiva and Shiva feeling terrible that he couldn't stop suman from badmouthing Raavi.

Part-2

Shiva didn't want her to talk to suman first, but she was adamant.he reluctantly agreed.he loved his mother, but he also knew that she can be really mean to people she didnt like.it had taken more than 10 yrs for her to accept dhara bhabi.he shuddered thinking how she treated her in the beginning.

Raavi entered pandya niwas and made a cup of tea with dhara's permission.

" Kya baat hai raavi? Aaj tu maa ke liye chai bana rahi hai." Dhara asked

"Kuch zaroori baat karni hai dhara di" she said

" Kya baat hai? " She asked

" Pehle kaki se baat kar lu, phir aapko batati hu " raavi said and went with the tea.

She entered Suman's room and gave her the tea.she was sitting on the bed.

" Kagdi ki bhatiji.tu kyu aayi chai Dene? Woh bhagodi ki beti kahaan hai? " Suman asked

" Maine socha Mai apne future ke liye thodi practice kar du " she said chirpily

" Yeh kya bol rahi hai? " Suman looked at her suspiciously

" Ek baat puchu kaki.mai aapko kaisi lagti hu? " She asked

" Kaisi lagti hai matlab.bahaar se to thik lagti hai.par hai to us kaagdi ki paravarish " suman said.she did like raavi as she had seen her grow up in front of her eyes.the girl had a pure heart.but she couldn't also ignore the fact that she is prafullas relative.her husband had done the mistake of trusting the wrong people and their whole family was paying the price.she won't do the same mistake.

"Seedhe seedhe bol.kya chahiye tujhe? Aisi chupdi chapdi baat kyu kar rahi hai? " Suman said rudely.

" Seedhe seedhe mangugi to aap degi? " She said

Suman looked on.

" Aapka shiva.de sakti hai mujhe? " Raavi said

Suman was shocked.what was this girl saying? His shiva? They fought like crazy, his shiva hated maami and his family.

" Kya bol rahi hai tu? Mera shiva? " Suman said

" Mai aur shiva ek dusre se shaadi karna chahte hai.kya aap mujhe apni bahu manegi kaki? " She asked softly holding her hand.

Suman jerked her hand.

" Mera shiva aisa nahi kar sakta.koi pyaar vyaar nahi karta woh tujhse.woh bahut bhola hai.tune use phasaya hoga " suman said angrily

Raavi took a deep breath.she knew she had to be calm.she was dealing with a mother who had been hurt in the past, wronged and betrayed by her own people.she loved shiva as much as her,if not more.

" Mai shiva se bahut pyar karti hu kaki.mai nahi jaanti ki aapko mujhse behtar bahu milegi ki nahi.par mai yeh zaroor keh sakti hu ki pure sumanth mai to kya, puri duniya mai aisi koi ladki nahi hogi jo shiva ko mujhse zyada pyaar kare.woh mera sab kuch hai.meri duniya uske ird gird ghumti hai" she said with tears in her eyes.

" Par aap jaanti hai ki shiva ki khusiya kisse hai?aapse hai,dhara di aur gombi se hai.uske parivaar se hai.hann, woh mujhse bahut pyaar karta hai.par mai jaanti hu ki woh kabhi bhi apne swarth ke liye, apne khusi ke liye aapke khilaf nahi jayega.woh aapki baat ka maan rakhega.aisa kuch nahi karega jisse aapko takleef ho " she said

Suman was listening to her intently.she always had a soft corner for shiva.he was her pride.he wanted a girl who could love him immensely, fight for him because he will never do so for himself,stand by him in tough times.she saw that love in raavi's eyes.but she wanted to be sure.

" Agar maine mana kar diya to? " Suman asked

"To mai tab tak nahi manungi Jab tak aap hann nahi kar deti.ise mera pagalpan samjhiye ya zidd par mai mere shiva ke liye kuch bhi kar sakti hu, kisi bhi hadd tak jaa sakti hu " raavi said with a fire in her eyes.

Suman was taken aback for a moment.she has always seen her smiling, bickering with Krish, behaving like a child in front of dhara and gombi, being a friend to Dev and fighting with shiva.the raavi in front of her now was something different.she was a woman determined to fight for her love.

" Mai shiva se baat karti hu.phir jagat se baat karne aaungi " suman said

" Kaki, I love you " raavi said and hugged her out of happiness.

" Accha accha, thik hai.yeh lipta lipti apne pati ke saath karna " suman said while raavi blushed and let her go.raavi gave suman a kiss on her cheek and ran to tell shiva.

Shiva was pacing up and down the shop.he should have gone with her to talk to his mother.he shouldn't have listened to his gadhedi.

Meanwhile raavi came inside.

Shiva immediately went to her.

" Kya hua raavi? Maa ne kya kaha? " He asked holding her shoulders gently.

" Shiva.mujhe bhool Jaa " she said looking at him.

" Kya bakwas kar rahi hai? Ek pal ko saans Lena bhul jau mai, par tujhe nahi bhul sakta " he said like he meant every word he said.

Raavi was taken aback.she had planned to tease his bhootnath to see his reaction and she definitely wanted to hear more but she couldn't look into his eyes and say anything more so she turned back.

" Nahi shiva.mai tere liye aur tere parivaar ke liye sahi nahi hu.chahe mai jaisi bhi hu ,par hu to maamikibehenkibeti na.kaise soch liya maine ki mai pandya parivaar Mai shaadi kar lungi? " She said and started crying dramatically.

Shivas heart sinked.no, he cannot lose her.he hugged her from the back and held her close.he snifffed to control his tears.raavi was startled.

" dobara aisa kaha na ki tu mere liye sahi nahi hai to mujhse bura koi nahi hoga.mai tere bina nahi reh sakta raavi.mai maa..." Shiva was cut off by raavi.

" Kaki maan gayi " she said softly and turned around and wiped his tears and held her face.she felt guilty now.did she go overboard?

" Kya? " Shiva's asked confused.

" Kaki maan gayi hamare rishte ke liye.woh mausapa se baat karegi.mai teri taand kheench rahi thi.sorry " she said holding her ear with one hand.

" Chipkali. Tujhe to mai aaj nahi chodunga " he folded His sleeves and ran after her while she ran away from him.

" Shivaa.mazaak thaa " she said in her defence while hiding behind a sack.

" Mazaak ki bacchi " he said as he caught her and pulled her closer to him.

"Tujhe iski sazaa milegi " he said as he pulled her closer and pecked her lips, he slowly deepened the kiss and his hands roamed around her back.raavi held his hair in a grip.they let go off each other gasping for breath.raavi was suddenly conscious of her surroundings but she realised they were behind a wall and no one could see them. She breathed a sigh of relief.

Shiva was looking at her as of she was his world.she indeed was.she was looking like a visual with her swollen lips and red cheeks.raavi noticed him staring at her and blushed further.

Shiva cupped her face and slowly brushed her cheeks.

" I love you raavi " he said with a sincerity that warmed her heart.

Raavi looked up at him. He has never said this directly, though his actions were enough to assure how much she meant to him but hearing these words from his mouth made her feel emotional.

" Shivaa.phirse bol na please " she wanted to hear it again just to confirm that she was not dreaming.

He came closer and kissed one of her eyes and then the second one and then finally her nose.

" I love you gadhedi " he said inbetween the kisses.

" Phir se bol " she whispered sinking in the moment.

Shiva chuckled.

" Yeh sahi hai.mere se sunti hi rahegi ya khud bhi kuch bolegi? " Shiva said

"Bolne ki zaroorat hai ? Bachpan se sote, jaagte, uthte, baithte shiva ki maala japti hu " she said smiling through her tears.

Shiva sometimes felt overwhelmed seeing her love for him.what did he do to deserve her? He loved her, but sometimes he felt his love fades fades away in front of her devotion.he promised to himself to cherish her for the rest of his life.

" Aisa kya dekhti hai tu iss junglee mai ? " He asked her

" Apni puri duniya " she said

They were lost in their own world when kakas voice brought them out of their trance.

" Waise beti, tum galle par baith jao.aadat daal lo abhi se. Aage jaakar shiva aur dukaan,dono ko tujhe sambhalna hai " kaka said and smiled

Raavi blushed and went to kaka and touched his feet. He blessed her with all his heart. He has seen her grow up and he had a soft corner for her.who wouldn't? Raavi was such a girl who would spread love and happiness wherever she went.

Shiva smiled seeing her.she convinced his mother.now it's his turn.he hated maami, but for her he can bow down to her a hundred times.raavis happiness is all that matters.he thought to himself and smiled.

" Dharaa di" she shouted as she entered pandya niwas.

Everyone knew about them and dhara was the happiest of them all. She adored raavi and now she will her devrani.

Shiva smiled as she saw her hugging dhara.

" Raavi, ab mujhse intezaar nahi hota.mann kar raha hai aaj hi baraat leke Jaye aur tujhe iss ghar ki bahu banakar le aaye " she said pulling her cheeks.

" Aapko jaldi hone se kya hoga dhara di.jisko jaldi honi chahiye use to meri padi hi nahi hai " raavi said pouting.

" Nautanki" shiva shook her head

" Accha? Humein to kuch aur hi lagta hai.aajkal koi bahut khoya khoya rehta hai.chaar baar bulane par sunta hai " dhara said smiling.

Raavi and shiva blushed listening to her.

" Kya bhabi. Aap bhi " he said scratching his head.

" Tum dono baatein Karo, mai nashta lekar aati hu " she said and went away.

" Kya baat hai? Koi mujhe miss kar raha hai? " Raavi said sitting near shiva in his cot.

" Miss? Aur tujhe? Din Mai sapne mat dekh gadhedi" he said

" Dekh shiva.ab hamari shaadi hone wali hai.tu mujhe yeh gadhedi, chipkali nahi bula sakta.kuch cute sa naam de.baby, Shona,aisa kuch " she said

" Baby?aur tu? " Shiva burst out laughing

" Tu has raha hai? Thik hai. Hasta reh. Mai jaa rahi hu? " She said and got up to go when he held her hand and pulled her close to him.

They both fell down on the cot and Shiva's hands tightened on her waist stabilizing her.

" Tu hamesha se meri chipkali thi aur wohi rahegi.samjhi gadhedi " he said softly putting a strand of hair behind her ear.

" Samjhi bhootnath " she said

Dhara came out and saw them like that and coughed.they hastily separated.

" Shiva, mai baat karungi maasi se. Mai mana lungi unhe.tu kyu tension le raha hai? " She said as they sat below the tree with his head on her lap.she was stroking his head.

" Dekh raavi. Mujhe yeh karne de.tune bola tu maa se baat karegi.maine roka? Nahi.phir tu mujhe kyu rok rahi hai? " He said

Raavi sighed. Maasi and shiva have never had a decent conversation ever.she hoped things didn't escalate further.

Shiva was nervous.

Yes, for the first time in his life shiva pandya was nervous. He didn't know how to talk normally with maami.he just couldn't.he remembered his childhood,her taunts, his father and closed his eyes.He turned away to go when her face flashed in front of his eyes.

Raavi ke liye

His heart whispered and he knocked the door.

Maami opened the door and saw shiva.she was well aware of raavi's madness for this junglee.raavi had requested her to be cordial with shiva and give him an honest chance.she wanted to just drag this guy who has been nothing but rude to her since he was a kid out of the house.but she stopped herself.

Raavi ke liye

She thought and took a deep breath and let shiva in.

Maami brought her tea and they sat on silence sipping it.no idea on how to start a conversation.

" Mai raavi se shaadi karna chahta hu. Maa maan gayi hai,tu Maan Jaa " he said getting straight to the point.

" Kaise maan lu? " Maami retorted

" Matlab? " Shiva asked raising his brows.

" Dekh shiva, meri bacchi bahut bholi hai.use yeh duniya ke tedhe tareeke nahi pata.woh sabko apne jaisa samajhti hai, uska dil bahut saaf hai.isliye woh dusre logo ke dil ka mail nahi dekh paati" maami said

" Tujhe kya lagta hai? Mai raavi ko nahi jaanta? Seedhe seedhe bol kya bolna chahti hai " shiva said

" Tu usse bahut acchi tarah se jaanta hai, aur mujhe isi baat ka darr hai.bachpan se leke aajtak to usse jhagadta tha. Aur ab tujhe usse shaadi karni hai? Suman Ben itni aasani se Maan gayi? Dekho, tum logo ki Dushmani mujhse hai.lekin khabardar agar meri bacchi ko inn sab Mai ghaseeta " maami said pointing a finger at him.she wouldn't let them play with her daughter's life for their revenge. She was very apprehensive of the pandyas motives.she never trusted them.

Shiva rubbed his temple.

" Tera dimaag kharab ho gaya hai? Tujhe lagta hai mai itna neeche gir jaunga ki tujhse badla nikalne ke liye raavi ka istemaal karunga? " He said raising his voice.

Maami looked at him sternly.shiva took a deep breath,closed his eyes and calmed himself down.

" Dekh.gol gol baatein karne ki adaat nahi hai mujhe.tujhse nafrat karne ke bahut wajah hai mere paas.aur tere paas bhi bahut wajah honge mujhse nafrat karne ki. Par hum dono Mai ek cheez common hai. Raavi.na tu uske ankhon mai aansu dekh sakti hai, aur na hi mai.somnath ki kasam, mai raavi se bahut pyaar karta hu.aur sirf wohi wajah hai ki aaj mai tere ghar ki dehleej paar karke tere hatho ki chai pi raha hu" shiva said.

Maami wanted to believe him.though he fought with her, he has never really harmed her.and she knew her daughter went to him first when she was in any problem.can she trust him with her most prized possession? She nodded her head.

Raavi was dancing away happily in the pandya niwas.her marriage has been fixed.suman and maami shook their heads looking at her childlike innocence.shiva simply leaned to a pillar and drank in her presence.he couldn't thank his stars enough for bringing this girl into his life.he looked up and sent silent prayer.

" Kakiii " raavi kissed suman

" Areee, jaa apne shiva se lipat.jaa " suman said pushing raavi and wiping away her face.

" Aree usse lipatne ke liye to puri zindagi padi hai" she said and winked at shiva who blushed and looked away.

" Dharaa diii.finally mai aapki devrani ban Rahi hu.aapki chutti.ab aapke teeno bandaro ko mai sambhalungi " raavi said hugging dhara

" Hann bacche.ab se yeh Ghar aur iski zimmedari.dono tere.mai retire hone wali hu " she said smiling and cupping raavi's cheeks.

" Aur agar is nalayak ne kabhi tujhe pareshan kiya na, to mujhe bolna.kaan kheenckar ek thappad laga dungi Mai " dhara said looking at shiva and smiling.

" Nahi dhara di " raavi said turning serious

" Kya? " Dhara asked confused

" Aapne vaada kiya tha na ki mai aapse shaadi ke gift mai jo maangu wo aap degi " raavi said softly

" Hann.tujhe jo chahiye bol " dhara said

" To mujhse ek vaada kijiye.aap shiva par kabhi haath nahi uthayegi " she said

Dhara looked at everyone uncomfortably.

Suman smiled.this is the kind of woman she wanted for shiva.someone who could stand up for him when he himself doesn't.

"Chipkali, yeh tu kya..." Shiva said only to be cut off by dhara

"Yeh devrani jethani ki beech ki baat hai.tujhse kisine kuch pucha ? " She said

" Vaada karti hu tujhse tere pati par kabhi haath nahi uthaungi " she said

Raavi smiled and held her hand

" Par apne bacche ko jitna chahe aap daant laga sakte ho " she said showing her a toothy smile.

" Pagal " shiva muttered under her breath

Raavi went to gombi next and gave him a warm hug.she went to Dev and hugged him.next she went to Krish.

" Ab finally tu mujhe bhabi bulayega " she said and hugged him.

" Sabse mil Li, mujhe ignore maar rahi hai " shiva said grumpily.

" Accha, ab sab chalo.shaadi ki taiyariya bhi shuru karni hai.kitna kaam hai " suman said and everyone went their way.

Maami went away as she knew raavi wouldn't come with her now.

" Accha, byee shiva " she said and was about to go when shiva held her hand and pulled her closer by the waist.

" Sabse mil Li, gale bhi laga liya aur apne hone wale pati ko itna ignore? " He said

"Puri zindagi aapke naam hi to hai patidev.bas thoda aur intezaar " she said encircling her hands around his neck.

" Itni izzat? Tujhe suit nahi karta gadhedi " shiva said kissing her forehead.

She put her head on his chest.

" Bas ab jaldi se mere ghar baraat lekar aaja aur mujhe hamesha ke liye apna bana le " she said

" Tu to hamesha se apni hai.mere hisse Mai aati hai.shaadi to bas ek formality hai " he said tightening his arms around her and closing his eyes.a smile of contentment on both their faces.
