The ship looks like it's in danger from the Jija-saali romance and Aru's future sadness and hurt that he will get from Imlie. 😭

Lol sort of, he isn't actually cheating but he a complete fool. One of my favourite actors but I can't believe I waited a decade for that man to return with a proper lead role and this is what he gave me . The TRP audience is still accepting it because there isn't actual cheating unlike Aditya and his polygamy. Aditya took the cake and the trophy in that regard. Hence why the ratings started dipping. Just be glad the PH changed the story because other shows have it worse.

But yeah, that internal and external pain - I don’t know. I don’t think she sees it that well either. She’s too lost in her own pain most of the time.

They’re the balm for the others pain but the thing is - I think she’s not going to be there to be that balm for him when he really needs it - be it internal or external. Him on the other than, he’s not conflicted. Even if he doesn’t admit his love for her, she’s his, whatever that means to him. He’s going to be there to catch her, to soothe her pains (you know as long as they’re not on the clock 😂). Now I’m losing my train of thought. I should stop.

That doctor though, that’s where I absolutely lost it. Everyone else is a little brainless, but then they throw the doctor in the mix as well. When she said that line about being cured I’m like WTH?! How you tell that from one quick physical exam/taking the woman’s blood pressure?! Even if she was able to overcome it today doesn’t mean she’s cured 🤦🏽‍♀️

Like I know we shouldn’t have high expectations of ITV (although I still maintain why not?! but digress), but this is part of the problem. Mental health is such an issue, and yes there’s been progress made in fighting the stigma around mental health within South Asian communities but there’s still a long way to go, and garbage like this doesn’t help that cause. Like you don’t want to take on serious issues? Cool, at the very least though, DO NOT trivialize them and make it worse. Stay away from them completely.

Okay, so I haven't caught up in the thread, but I have a really weird theory that I will randomly share:

- Imlie said something way back whenmthat really stuck with me. Narmada was insisting that Aryan drive Imlie to work after they ran into her at the mandir. Imlie said "He drives like he's spiriting away his girlfriend from the mandir (to elope)" or something like that. I always felt that line was a bit weird.

- I can't shake this weird weird feeling that Imlie will resolve to marry Aditya once again.

- For Imlie, her devotion to Aditya, is about her beliefs rather than love. So if certain events were to lead to her to believe that going back to Aditya was the "right" thing to do, she'd do it.

- If Imlie were to find out that Aditya was prepared to kick Malini out. That he sent her that text message. That Aryan deleted that message. What would she do? 🧐

- I know what I want her to do if she got another text message from Aditya. But I know instead Imlie will arrive at the mandir screaming Baabuuusaahiiib 😂.

- Aryan will follow, as he always does. To save her from herself this time.

- I think that all of this spearing, koni maro-ing, pinching, and just general all around interference in Aryan's life, is a way to justify a bit of reciprocal force from Aru further down the line. He will show up at the mandir and tear shit apart if it meant keeping Imlie from going back to Aditya. We have seen small previews of the lengths to which he is prepared to go.

- I do believe that Aryan will take her away by hook, crook, force, you name it. He might even forcibly marry her 😬 if that is what it takes. He may hide his very genuine feelings for her, and instead reveal his revenge and threaten to hurt the T's. All empty threats, but she won't know.

- Underneath it all: Aryan won't be marrying for revenge, but for love. And Imlie won't be sad because of T's or Aditya, but because she feels betrayed by the one she really loves, Aryan.

- I hate this for Imlie, and for Aryan as well. But I feel like her "BS-ing" has some deeper implications. Her and Aditya are not done yet. And Malini is no deterrent to Imlie. The person that needs to be deterred and then subsequently go off the deep end, is Aditya. Imlie's marriage to Aryan specifically, will be that deterrent for Aditya.

Man this rabbit-hole today was something - 🤣🤣

@bold I think so too. It sure seems to be going that way. Imlie went down an extreme path to 'help' Aryan's sister. Aryan would be then justified if he took extreme measures to 'protect' her from BS. He keeps saying I won't let you go back to BS. so I think we can expect him to take extreme measures to stop her. The Tripatis' debt will likely do the trick given Imlie's resolution to protect them.
