Actually,but this has happened in some American shows too,like for instance The good doctor, idk if you know about it or not,usmein bhi they had shown a cardiac surgeon performing all types of surgeries, from neuro to ortho🤣Shayad is show ke makers bhi same nasha phookte hain as the good doctor!!🤣
