Look at this edit…. Every time the very feeling of her getting hurt or suffering made him crazy and now the hospital drenched in her blood. How is he going to handle himself and take care of her???

We can't feel the pain he is going through and specially due to last conversation. He said she doesn't exist for him now she is struggling for life.
