She is technically not a family members. That rule applies to immediate family only. His parents, Neil and Arohi as she is the fiance. I know that since I work with surgeons no legal issue there.

My question is will he be able to operate on her since she is his life. He could not even put a drip in Manjiri and for akshu he even disregards his mother. Can he handle it emotionally?

Ooo, he will not be able to but Akshu is both his weakness and strength. He may collect himself soon and perform his duties as a doctor

Its just to send Abhimanyu on a guilt trip. My dil toots for our AbhiRa. He is going to gather all his strength to get her and himself through his. To what extent Akshu will go to protect Aarohi, she is basically on her deathbed.

How will Abhimanyu handle it. He cant even watch her fall when he is upset at her.
