I am not a BJP supporter. FYI.

And you need to check entire social media to see how much that hate speech summit was criticised and who are arrested in this case.

Tejasvi also had to apologise and withdraw his remarks after outrage.

Just as you ignore all examples of films made since 2014 which have positive Muslim characters or Hindu villains similarly you seem to be conveniently ignoring outrage against hate speech.

BTW what have these links got to do with a film like Sooryavanshi?

That film has NO hate speech against any community so stick to the topic and do not shift goalposts to justify Rana's baseless article and cherry picking.

At this rate you or Rana will claim even Bhaag Milkha Bhaag was Islamophobic or had an agenda because it showed reality of how Milkha Singh's father was beheaded during partition before he crossed the border in 1947.

Apparently we cannot even tell real life stories without being accused of having an agenda now!

Rana and co are SAME as those BJP IT cell types who see 'anti Hindu' agenda in every film and web series or even ads.

Some movies about wars, religion etc. are obviously fine and can absolutely be handled right with the right execution (no matter who the villian is) but it feels like it's just too much now and politically motivated.

At least somewhat politically motivated movies from both the "right" and the "left" are at their peak right now imo, and I do wish that this trend declines a little in the future so we can get more movies that don't involve political themes, and aren't more remakes/sequels/biopics either please 😆.
