for me its her subconscious being affected by Aru's presence.. she would hav never used that word if it wasn't for Aru telling her he is not an idiot..

Aru's word are taking over her subconscious mind for sure.

No, absolutely. I had the same exact thought. They’ve shown it during the wedding where she would recall his words, today it just happened. I refuse to believe this word choice was not intentional. Especially because in the original scene she’d been thinking about Aditya eating noodles with her.
