iis drama ki story sy zyda worst iis drama ka ost tha🤢
The last episode was very anti-climactic. The performances were very good, but the episode did not hit me the way I wish it had. Aswad's many "apologies" were still as bland as ever, I wish Mehreen did not stay with him and instead they showed the whole family seeking therapy lol.
Lol was just about to put this here !!!
Absolutely loved the ending and will miss this drama a lot.
Although many say she should not have forgiven him it is noted that he is a flawed human being but she loves him and now he will move heaven and earth just to make her happy.
Mahira Khan is outstanding.
Omair Rana says it all.......
I also loved
I actually liked the last epi was a healing epi to some extent
I liked the fa CT it was anti climatic yet closed the loose ends
Everyone is writing beautiful goodbye Mssgs for the show and I m loving it
Although I wish Mehreen would've gone away from everybody and started her own life seperately I guess writer thought differently and audience seemed to love it so this ending wasn't terrible either
But I do think Aswad was not properly redeemed enough...
Overall it was okay show. Inconsistent mostly because some episodes were more engaging but then some had messy excecution. 2.9/5
Aswad is redeemed at the end finally. I don't think there could be another end to the drama under given circumstances. Given that Mehreen was on a mission of forgiving everybody who did her wrong, Aswad ought to be forgiven too. This does not, by any means, intend that Aswad is rightly forgiven. Things could have been done in a better way, if Aswad was to be forgiven, even that could've made sense too, if only his remorse and redemption was shown properly.
I was also recalling the interviews where Usman told he refused to do the scenes of physical abuse, like slapping Mehreen or manhandling her. The drama is already facing cristism for characterization of Aswad, what would have become of it if he was shown manhandling her throughout the drama only to be forgiven at the end? I'm thankful to Usman for saving us from that torture.
Mehreen's trauma makes absolutely no sense to me . She made up with Mashal before her death, Mashal advising her to commit suicide and all of Mehreen's hallucinations about Mashal seem like from another drama now.
The drama nevertheless gives a good message of what happens when children are subjected to comparison. Mahira, Usman and Kubra gave Impeccable performances throughout, saving the show for me.
