Why do people think Imlie and Aryan will meet?

Did they ever meet in Original show? I think she will go back to Aditya in about 6 months

Aryan kare ga Imlie ke haath ke dressing.

Imlie dekhe gi kay uske haath mein bhi chot hai, aur phir voh uske haath ki dressing kare gi.

Both of them will fight back and forth about who needs to be looked after more/first.

I know this totally isn’t going to happen, but maybe some time in the future?
