Actually about the clothes thing, I'm not surprised considering this season in comparison to Kaira season is quite cheap and boring in the wardrobe department of all characters. Back then yeh rishta was so grand and even experimented lots with characters outfits. Lots of cost cutting going on this season.

If they really want to do cost cutting they should get rid of characters like shefali or that little girl who have no real scenes. They would save some budget there lol
