What If Dhadkan was a Typical Daily Soap

So i was just wondering that what if Dhadkan was a Typical Daily soap. Here are some things whichi think would happen:

1) First of all DZK would be an ifinite series. Kyunki jab tak trp aayegu tab tak show chalega aur hamari audience trp degi hi.

2) All female doctors and nurses would be wearing full make-up in hospital.

3) There will be catfight between deepika and siya and siya would do saazish to part them away.

4) Deepika would be a sacrificing bahu instead of an ambitious girl.

5) Deppika will not leave vikrant because she want to become a doctor but she will leave due to misunderstandingand saazish created by aditi.

What do you guys think about this

Abhay-Deepika friendship wouldn't exist because young male-older female is no no. Abhay would be the 10 years older one and Deepika the resident. Also Vikrant would be ex-husband who cheated on Deepika with Aditi because EMA = TRP.

Aditi's mom welcoming Vikrant/Aditi or Vikrant/Deepika at home or all of 3 who knows?

Aur Deepika doctor hoke bhi kabhi hospital mein dikhayi nahi deti. Isliye ussne MBBS kiya. MBBS = Masters in Biwi Bahu & Sasural Studies 🤪

The vamp or saas would give her a task so that she can’t go to the hospital but then she would complete it last minute and rush into the OT in a saree and complete the surgery.. bring dead patients back etc

Vamp will change some injections or something.. They would also never actually go to work minus one episode per year🤡
