Priya suffered so much because of her husband and brother. She sorely misses the shoulder next to her. She drags all her life alone. You're right. Ram's problem is that he didn't know when to speak. His flaw is that he is too soft on his near and dear ones. And his past with Vedhika is such a huge hurdle for him in this situation. So he couldn't come to a decision like Priya without hesitation. And Priya was mostly hurt by the fact that she started trusting Ram and she feels that it makes vulnerable. She's like this person who expects disappointment to not get disappointed and that's exactly what she forgot in the short time she's living with Ram. She had hopes on him. But she was put down to nothing especially when Vedhika was boasting about her old friendship with Ram and how she also helped Shivina in her elopement. Though the current situation is far more destructive than the elopement scenario, Vedhika used that so well against Priya, being the manipulator she is.

However Ram was not reacting the way he should have with Vedhika, he's definitely not happy with the situation. He also realizes how much this has hurt Priya. Ans I personally liked the way when he takes offense that Priya still clings onto the this marriage is fake and forced rant 😆. It's not anymore for him, so he feels a little but hurt whenever Priya says along those lines. But he's got to get over his soft corners for Vedhika if he doesn't want his marriage ruined. That woman is really a snake.

That scene was beautiful! Ram so wanted Priya to burst out on him but Priya was being Priya. For once I felt that Priya was so right in treating Ram like that - indifferent. He needs to realise what he is doing. Everything is going wrong and he does know how his family has been (though he ignores it) but still doesn't stand by Priya. How could he even allow Akki to be so badly humiliated. Akki damaad hai. Ram shud think, right, that this is no different from Nandini calling out to Ram abt his prawn allergy and seeking his annulment of marriage. This is similar. Now I feel this shud come out in front of Maami and she shud ask her son to divorce Shivina on the basis of such a bad family / friends that she has!! Only then Ram will realise his mistake!!

Ram himself had said in the context of the 5% share that ‘haq maanga nahin jaata’ - a wife’s right should be automatic, not asked for or worse, fought for. So why is he expecting Priya to now ask or fight for her natural right to his support, or complain that she has not got it.

Also, by now he shd be knowing her well enough to know she has no personal expectations or complaints from anyone.

Ram was seriously ill from this. And that's so good, right. A man should follow the one chosen by his heart. Especially if other organs are still slowing down
