It’s a shame they’re using a fine actor like Harshad in this poorly written role. A surgeon needs to have a lot of maturity and self control as they constantly deal with volatile situations and people. Abhi’s behavior is not vulnerable or realistic to me - it’s borderline psychopathic. If people saw a doctor on social media beating up a stranger and breaking chairs and screaming at his father in public, that persons career would be over. Kaun jayega uss doctor se surgery karwane?
But anyway it’s a tv character - everyone’s opinions are valid and we all enjoy discussing our own take

Lol. True. But he also expects her to stay away. I don't know what he thinks of himself anymore. Men who are so blinded by their privilege and expects everyone else to just bend over for them just annoys me the most. I wanted to freaking punch him when he ordered Akshu to not take up the job. 👊🏽

Yea this is what is really unpleasant about Abhi - he doesn’t have a plan to make her confess or anything, he is deliberately being cruel to her. His behavior would be terrible enough if Akshara was not in love with him but it is so much worse if he knows she is. People want to protect the people they love, not make them suffer.
If he really wanted to move on, he should have told his family he will marry anyone BUT Aarohi. He wants to make Akshara hurt - what kind of love is this?

never once asked AKSHU what's wrong or asked AAROHI why she has a problem if he marries AKSHU when it was pretty clear on several occasions

instead agrees to hurt AKSHU using AAROHI as an object
